# The Agent and Admin portals

> Kindra AI has two portals. The Agent portal shows only your own customers, reservations and sales. The Admin portal shows the whole agency. Your roles decide which ones you see.

## Two portals, two scopes

| Portal | Scope | Left navigation |

| **Admin** | Everyone | Admin, Team Members, Offerings, Bookings, Remittances, Payments, Sales |

On a phone the same two portals appear as **Agent** (Just me) and **Admin** (Everyone) in the bottom navigation.

## Which portal you see

Your agency admin gives each team member one or more roles.

| Role | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| **Agent** | The Agent portal. |
| **Admin** | The Admin portal. |
| **Assistant** | The Agent portal, to enter data on behalf of an admin who chose you as their assistant. |

Roles combine. An admin who also sells has both the **Admin** and **Agent** roles and can move between portals.

## Move between portals

- From the Agent portal, select **Admin** at the bottom of the left navigation. Only admins see it.
- From the Admin portal, select **Back to Travel** at the bottom of the left navigation. It appears when you also have the Agent portal.

## If something goes wrong

### "Access denied. Admin privileges required."

You opened an Admin page without the **Admin** role. Ask an admin at your agency to add the role on your profile. See [Team member roles](https://www.kindra.ai/support/team-member-roles.md).
