# Statement lines that were not found

> A line is Not Found when no booking at your agency has that reservation number. Fix the number on the booking, or add the missing booking, and the statement matches it by itself.

## Where to see them

- On a statement, under **Review Required**, in the **Not Found** group: "These reservation numbers were not found in the system. Check for typos or create them manually."
- Across all statements: in the Admin portal, select **Remittances**, then the **Not Found** tab. It lists unmatched lines from the last 6 months. Select a row to open its statement.

## The reservation number has a typo

1. Select **Bookings** and search for the customer or the agent instead of the number.
2. Open the booking and correct **Reservation Number** so it matches the statement.
3. Select **Save**.

The statement matches the line once the booking changes. Open the statement again and the line is under **Ready to Record**. See [Find and correct a booking](https://www.kindra.ai/support/find-and-correct-a-booking.md).

## The booking was never recorded

Ask the agent to [add the reservation](https://www.kindra.ai/support/add-a-reservation.md), or import your bookings from Excel on **Bookings**.

If the line appears under **Create Reservation** on the statement, tick it instead. Kindra AI creates the booking and records its commission when you select **Receive Commissions**.

## There are hundreds of them

When a statement has more than 500 lines not found, the table is replaced by a count and a **Download Not Found** link. The Excel file lists each reservation number with its supplier, commission and currency. Use it to see which bookings to import.

## Other groups under Review Required

| Group | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Clawbacks** | Commission being taken back. Contact the agent to discuss before processing. |
| **Already Settled** | These reservations have already been fully received. |
| **Zero Amount** | Statement shows zero commission for these reservations. |
