I already have a system. What does Kindra AI replace?
All of it. Your clients, bookings, commissions, and agent payouts all live in Kindra AI, on the web, iPhone, and Android. Most agencies use it to ditch a separate CRM, a pile of Google Sheets, and the hours they burn matching statements by hand. The one thing no other tool nails: paste a statement from any supplier and it matches every line to the right booking, even when their reference numbers don't match yours.
Will it catch the money I'm losing to mistakes?
That's what it's for. Once your bookings are in, it catches double payments before they go out, flags when a supplier paid you more or less than expected, and shows commissions you earned but never got paid. And when a supplier claws back a commission you've already paid out, it deducts that from the agent's next payout instead of leaving you to eat the loss. Most owners find money in the first few months they didn't know they were losing.
How hard is it to move all my data over?
We do it for you, free. If you're switching from another system or working out of Google Sheets, we move and clean the data ourselves. If you're on paper, we give you a simple template and stay on it with you until everything's in. You won't pay a cent while we set you up, and most agencies are fully up and running within a few weeks.
Will it handle a commission setup as messy as mine?
