The Agent and Admin portals

Kindra AI has two portals. The Agent portal shows only your own customers, reservations and sales. The Admin portal shows the whole agency. Your roles decide which ones you see.

On a phone the same two portals appear as Agent (Just me) and Admin (Everyone) in the bottom navigation.

Which portal you see

Your agency admin gives each team member one or more roles.

Role	What it gives you
Agent	The Agent portal.
Admin	The Admin portal.
Assistant	The Agent portal, to enter data on behalf of an admin who chose you as their assistant.

Roles combine. An admin who also sells has both the Admin and Agent roles and can move between portals.

Move between portals

From the Agent portal, select Admin at the bottom of the left navigation. Only admins see it.
From the Admin portal, select Back to Travel at the bottom of the left navigation. It appears when you also have the Agent portal.

If something goes wrong

"Access denied. Admin privileges required."

You opened an Admin page without the Admin role. Ask an admin at your agency to add the role on your profile. See Team member roles.
